The jury’s verdict, based on available data, ranks among the top 65 in all of California for 2019. This was a hard-fought case, with a court docket of 80 pages, and over 450 entries. I represented 22 plaintiffs, and after winning the case, defeated all of the post-trial motions and got the appeal dismissed.
