(2011) Mr. D’Arcy defended a real estate investment company and broker accused of in a $1.2 million fraud claim. Client fired previous attorney and hired Mr. D’Arcy only 19 days before trial. Mr. D’Arcy proved the claims were based on perjury, filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings at Mosk Courthouse, and Plaintiff immediately dismissed the case.
